Through this law, they want Indian wives to perform extortion business in the name of marriage and wives' legal right to rob husbands of their everything, whenever wives want.
Anyway, at present, the wolves are frequently howling on the second evil issue. That is #MaritalRapeLaw. - The countries, where concept of marital rape exist, it exist in gender neutral form. So why in India, you want it as an one sided toy at wives' hands, to butcher husbands at any time they want??? So , here in India, men who get sexually abused by women/wives, get no law to lean on for recourse. Because of illogical anti-male, one sided laws. - But the countries, where such laws are gender neutral, DATA is available on % of men getting oppressed. Say, in UK, as per Government level survey, 40% men are Domestic Violence victims. Even the modern day hub of feminism, the US, has gender neutral laws and laws give men equal opportunity to report sexual crimes against them by women.
